- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
- To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and return details.
- All refunds will be credited in your kirlos Wallet/Paypal Account within 48hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.
- To cancel any order, please contact our Customer Care at email@example.com to cancel the order within 24 hours after you placed an order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be refunded to your Kirlos Wallet/Paaypal Account with in 48hrs after cancellation.
- If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.
